
There are 7 main chakras throughout the body as well as other minor chakra systems down the limbs and through the organs. If the Chakra is unbalanced - not properly aligned or blocked - it can affect physical, mental and spiritual health.
Root Chakra – first: Located at the base of the spine. This chakra represents our physical existence, our will to live and if we are
grounded on this earth.
Sacral Chakra – second: Located just below the belly button. This chakra represents the sexuality, reproduction, creativity and the relationship to self.
Solar Plexus Chakra – third: Located at the
solar plexus. This chakra represents the sense of identity, will and desire.
Heart chakra – fourth: Located at the heart. This chakra represents the higher consciousness and love.
Throat Chakra – fifth: Located at the throat. This chakra represents the creativity, self-expression and the search for truth.
Brow Chakra – sixth: Located between the eyes. This is chakra represents the imagination and intuition.
Crown Chakra – seventh: Located above the head. This chakra links the individual with the universal light.
The Hara Line provides the physical stamina, the emotional stability, the mental process and the connection to
the spirit and self.
Tan Tien – Located between the sacral and solar chakras. This represents the life force that is held in the energy body.
Soul Seat – Located beside the heart chakra. This represents where the soul is held in the energy body.
Individuation Point – Located above the head. This represents where the physical body accesses spiritual energy and forms a connection.
